We make sure all our designers feel welcome, understood, and taken care of. During your first order, we will make frequent contact to completely understand your requirements. This also provides you with the opportunity to make sure that we are using the same terms and to ensure that we faithfully produce the look and style that you intend for your client. We usually find that after the first order the level of contact does not need to be quite so intense, but be assured, we are always happy to pick up the phone to make certain that your project is just right.
We have had many years of experience working within the bespoke curtain making industry and have a proven track record in producing window treatment orders on time and in full. Consequently, we are well versed in dealing with those awkward windows, difficult fabrics and testing projects. And we know that sometimes a project will need to return to the workroom to make some unforeseen adjustments; we will take it all in our stride and help you to complete the job with the minimum of fuss. We recognise that your the designer's reputation is in our hands and we will work as hard as we can to enhance your reputation for design, quality and service.
